The Director of Product Management is expected to:
- Lead our internal process to define the MochiGames.com strategy, roadmap and priorities
- Using a rigorous analytical approach to achieve goals in retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Gather and analyze feedback from game players, game developers, and advertisers
- Develop project requirements and specs for engineering and design teams
- Manage an overall agile process from specs, development, QA and release
- Report to executive team and company about strategy and performance of the business
- Become an expert in the flash and online games space.
Desired experience and expertise:
- Passion for games, gamers, and indie developers
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a consumer, community based website - direct experience in gaming a big plus
- Experienced leading a fast-paced, agile development team doing weekly releases
- Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, startup attitude
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or other Master's preferred)

Requirements:
- B.S. Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with High-availability and scalable network services
- Strong background in developing on Linux or Unix-like platforms for mission critical production deployments

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience building applications for large web brands, loves to iterate designs, gets agile development, and is unafraid of diving into any area the problem leads him/her to. You have strong drive, ramp up on projects quickly, and don't require much mentoring. You should have opinions on programming languages, frameworks and styles, yet be versatile enough to use any of them.

YouÕll be a key player in helping architect and implement new web services and features while helping develop techniques to improve efficiency, functionality and scalability. Mochi Media is looking to hire a Systems Administrator to join our operations team. Our operations team runs at a high level of efficiency with a mandate on providing a safe, predictable environment. This team is responsible for infrastructure which serves more than 1 billion ad impressions per month. This is a great opportunity to develop your career skills as we use best of breed technologies to scale our services, including puppet, OpenNMS, LDAP,FreeRADIUS, nginx, and Kickstart. Some of the hardware you'll be exposed to includes your standard x86-based Dell and HP servers, Arista and Cisco switches, Juniper routers, and A10 load balancers.
In this technical role, you will be responsible to support both our CentOS production and development servers. In addition, you will assist in supporting Mochi's day to day IT needs. You will also be responsible for basic networking equipment configuration changes. This job requires participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation duty.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Experience working with Linux as a sysadmin
- Working knowledge of Linux kernel
- Working knowledge of networking principles (switching vs. routing)
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals
- Working knowledge of one scripting language (shell, python, or ruby)
- Ability to lift 70 lbs with a partner
